In the immediate phase of the investment we offer:
Handing over control tasks by the investor means the representation of the investor on the construction site in practice. Construction supervision is aimed at controlling the work in technical, technological and legal terms. An important part of project supervision is to monitor compliance  of the work carried out with the guidelines of the project, the receipt and approval of the various stages of construction, as well as financial control of the investment.
Construction supervision is used in cases where the investor needs extra specialist help, important in complex stages of construction.
